The book is about a little boy named Billy, whose family moves to a new house. When Billy sees the stacks of empty boxes, his imagination comes up with all kinds of uses for them.

DeWitt council balances 2015-16 general fund
In a relatively stress-free budget workshop Monday night, the DeWitt City Council made several tweaks to the proposed 2015-16 fiscal year general fund to assure tax rates would not change. The rates are currently at an estimated 14.07209 per $1,000 valuation on residential property.
