Motion: Approve final plans for Fog Seal Project No. FM-C023(11)-55-23
Motion: Approve final plans for HMA Resurfacing & Cold In-Place Recycling Project No. FM-C023(109)-55-23
Resolution: Approve payment of claims for the Law Enforcement Center project
Resolution: Authorize the chairman to sign an agreement letter with the law firms as counsel in relation to claims against opioid manufacturers

9:30 a.m. Eastern Iowa Mental Health Region
The supervisors will discuss matters that pertain to the Eastern Iowa Mental Health Region with region CEO Lori Elam.
9:45 a.m. Clinton County Library Association presentation
The supervisors will receive a presentation on a circulation report created for the Clinton County Library Association.
10 a.m. Clinton Catalyst Development Agreement with possible action to follow
The supervisors will discuss a possible property tax incentive for the owners of the former Ashford University property in Clinton.
11 a.m. Closed session with possible action to follow
The supervisors anticipate entering a closed session per Code of Iowa Sec. 21.5(1)(c).
