Advance arrangements should always be made. Pre-prints are all priced differently depending upon their size and coverage. We welcome your inquiry about these rates. All inserts must be delivered to TRICO, 500 E Third St., Davenport, IA 52801, seven days prior to scheduled insertion. This has become necessary as more of our customers are using pre-printed inserts which often require extensive pre-inserting at the newspaper printing plant.
