The Quad City Arts’ Visiting Artist Series will present its first-ever summer residency June 15-19 with New Orleans jazz band Jazzy Ash and the Leaping Lizards. Five free concert performances will be held around the Quad-City region. Shows and times are as follows:

Saturday, June 15: 2019 Quad City Juneteenth Festival; the full-length public performance will be held on the indoor stage at the Starlite Ballroom at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, 1 p.m. The show is free and open to the public.

Sunday, June 16: Father’s Day concert during the Freight House Farmers Market in Davenport, 11 a.m.

Monday, June 17: Moline Public Library, 6:30 p.m.

Tuesday, June 18: LeClaire Community Library outdoor plaza, 6 p.m. Rain location will be next door at the firehall, 201 N. 15th St.

Wednesday, June 19: A free concert for Rock Island summer camps and the public at MLK Jr. Park, Rock Island, 1 p.m. There will be free ice cream provided at this show, and several shows for summer school programs in the area.
