Visitation for inmates in the new Clinton County Law Center can only be scheduled by appointment in advance, according to a press release issued by Rick Lincoln.

People can make appointments for 30-minute video visitations from Monday through Saturday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The video visits will become available on Sept. 18 to those who have made appointments.

Anyone older than 18 will need to show a valid state ID, while children younger than 17 do not need an ID but must be accompanied by an adult.

Please call the jail secretary at (563) 242-9211, ext. 4519, no later than 4 p.m. the day before you would like to visit, but no sooner than four days in advance.

Visitation guidelines can be found anytime on the jail’s website at www.
