• One count of failure to affix drug stamp against Steven E. Struve, 38, of Clinton, was dismissed. He was accused on Oct. 3 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Rocky J. Escalante, 43, of Clinton, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse-assault, first offense, and was fined $250. He was accused on Aug. 11 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Ryan P. Harris, 28, of Clinton, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury or mental illness and was ordered to serve seven days in the Clinton County Jail, with six days suspended and credit for one day served. A $315 fine was suspended. He was accused on July 8 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Anntina R. Herrmann, 25, of Clinton, pleaded guilty to assault and was fined $65. One count of public intoxication and one count of contempt, violation of nocontact/protective order, was dismissed. She was accused on June 23 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Daniel J. Whitcomb, 27, of Opheim, Illinois, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary. A prison sentence not to exceed five years was suspended. A $750 fine was suspended. Whitcomb pleaded guilty to eluding and was ordered to serve 22 days in the Clinton County Jail. A $315 fine was suspended. Whitcomb pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, first offense, and was ordered to serve 22 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for 22 days served. A $315 fine was suspended. Seven counts of possession of a controlled substance, first offense, one count of possession of burglary tools and one count of second-degree theft were all dismissed. He was accused on Aug. 29 by the DeWitt Police Department.

• Jessica Hopkins, 40, of Clinton, had a deferred judgment revoked. The court found Hopkins did not complete the conditions of the deferred judgment. Hopkins was sentenced on one count of third-degree theft. She was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 10 days suspended and credit for one day served. A $315 fine was imposed. Probation revocation was filed Aug. 1 by Assistant Clinton County Attorney Robin Strausser.

• Kevin S. Davis, 34, of Camanche, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 35 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. He was accused on June 28 by the Camanche Police Department.

A $625 fine was imposed. He was accused on Jan. 13 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Joshua Cousineau, 33, of Goose Lake, pleaded guilty to identity theft under $1,000. A prison sentence not to exceed two years was imposed. A $625 fine was suspended. One count of fourth-degree theft was dismissed. He was accused on June 20 by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.

• Katie S. Foley, 27, of Tipton, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for 10 days served. She was accused on July 8 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Shameka L. Smith, 20, of Savanna, Illinois, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts and was fined $250. She was accused on July 16 by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.

• Emrico J. Williams, 34, 638 12th Ave. South, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail with credit for time served. Williams pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for time served. He was accused on Aug. 14 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Joshua Cousineau, 33, of Goose Lake, pleaded guilty to four counts of operating a vehicle without owner’s consent. A prison sentence not to exceed two years was imposed on each count. A $625 fine was suspended on each count. He was accused on June 7 by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.

• Shyla A.J. Figgures, 29, 500 Oakhurst Drive, Apt. 4, pleaded guilty to operating while under the influence, first offense, and was ordered to serve 30 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 26 days suspended. A $1,250 fine was imposed. One count of child endangerment was dismissed. She was accused on March 14 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Collin M. Grant, 23, 1011 S. Fifth St., pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail. He was accused on Aug. 15 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Anthony S. Gonzales, 24, of Leesville, Louisiana, pleaded guilty to trespass with damage greater than $200 and was granted a deferred judgment. A $315 civil penalty was imposed. He was accused on March 17 by the Camanche Police Department.

• Bryant W. Barnette, 29, 207 S. Third St., Apt. 11, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a credit card under $1,000. A prison sentence not to exceed two years was suspended. A $625 fine was suspended. He was accused on June 28 by the Clinton Police Department.

• One count of fifth-degree criminal mischief against Dionna S. Cameron, 23, 202 Bluff Blvd., No. 220, was dismissed. She was accused July 6 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Dean D. Cromwell, 51, 443 Eighth Ave., Apt. 1, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury or mental illness and was ordered to serve 60 days in the Clinton County Jail with 58 days suspended and credit for two days served. A $315 fine was imposed. He was accused June 5 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Derek A. Elliff, 39, of Dubuque, pleaded guilty to assault and was fined $65. One count of disorderly conduct, fighting or violent behavior, was dismissed. He was accused June 5 by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.

• Andrew E. Higgins, 38, of Camanche, pleaded guilty to assault while displaying a dangerous weapon and was ordered to serve 60 days in the Clinton County Jail with 57 days suspended and credit for three days served. A $625 fine was imposed. One count of carrying weapons, knife used in crime, was dismissed. He was accused March 24 by the Clinton Police Department.
